4/17: Indians vs. White Sox

It is bone-chillingly cold in Cleveland, and the Cavaliers are next door beginning their race toward 16 playoff victories and some sort of trophy, from what I understand.

So while I’m not positive, it appears it might not be a sellout crowd this afternoon at Progressive Field.

But those of you watching, either in person or on TV, will be treated to a view of possibly the ugliest Tribe caps in existence. They’re made of recycled materials to raise Earth Day awareness, so you can respect the idea behind them. But wait until you see these burlap beauties.

burlap beauties… Alliteration rocks!

So what’s the deal with Yohan Pino? He had another great start for Columbus today. How was this guy left exposed for Rule 5?
I’d love to know how many people come to the game after the Cavs game.

They just said it was more than 1100 people who came from the Cavs game to the Tribe game.
Good promotion.

they probably won’t announce the attendance until those fans filter over. I haven’t seen anything about the Indians’ attendance prior to the end of the Cavs game.

12.885 was the attendance which included 1107 from the Cavs game. I would assume the weather wreaked havoc on those fans as it was like 80 degrees just 2 days prior. I would have to imagine that if it were sunny then 5x the fans would have mingled over.
