Hey AC – I’m hoping you might be a bit of a consumer advocate. I bought the Gameday Audio again this year, and it’s been glitchy since day one. Tuned in for the home opener today and I couldn’t get the WTAM feed. I settled for the Jays feed for most of the first, and lost it right before Haf’s double. Now I’ve got nothing. I contacted gameday help yesterday and got an auto-response that said “resolved: spam”. I know it’s not compatibility or firewall, as it works *sometimes* (i can listen to the cubs if i want…) how do I get through to tell someone that there’s a problem here that needs fixing? I mean, I paid for this…
Nice to see the boys getting some early runs today, and so far so good for Lewis after 2 innings.

Apparently there have been some issues with Gameday Audio that the powers that be are working to cure. I’m told that trying the link on the game panel of the Indians.com homepage will work, whereas the link on the media center is currently a problem area. I just tried the Indians.com link, and it worked for me. So try it out.
