AC – What happened to Lonnie Chisenhall? I know you reported that he was headed to the Arizona Instructional League, what’s going on with that?
Any chance of convincing Carmona NOT to pitch? Some critics this year said that he may have been overworked last year, and I’m sure he worked the winter league last year, maybe some time off would help. On a similar note, any way of convincing Andy Marte not to come back?
I think with Carmona’s time off from the hip and pitching against some inferior bats might do him some good. Here’s to hoping Andy Marte kicks just enough [tail] in Winter ball to be get a good AA baller in trade, but not good enough to make us rethink 3rd base. Also, with Barfield’s absence are we to believe he declined the Indians asking him to play? Also meaning that his future with the Tribe might be still less steady?
The Arizona Instructional League has wrapped up. Chisenhall did take part. He is not in the Arizona Fall League.

Why don’t I see Barfield on this list? It would seem he could use the playing time given he lost time to injury
