Hafner's rehab begins
In his first rehab appearance at Triple-A Buffalo tonight, Pronk went 2-for-3 against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. His first at-bat resulted in a double high off the right-center field wall that, according to Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News, would have been a homer most nights, if not for the 16-mph winds.
Josh Barfield went 0-for-2 with a sac fly.

I know it’s early, but good to hear. It sure would be awesome if Pronk returned to the 2004-2006 hitter. That would obviously be better than any move we could make in the offseason.
If that happens christopherw, I will giggle like a little school girl. I don’t care how wimpy it sounds, I’ll do it!
As Christopherw said – It’s early – but it still gives me a surge of excitement to hear it!!! Thanks for filling us in!

Well, going against the LV Iron Pigs pitching should be better than batting practice for the big man. I’d bet on a longball tonight.
